Who operates this site

Information received

If you email Lerrow, Lerrow receives the address, message, attachments, and other information you choose to send. Normal web infrastructure may also process limited technical records such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp for security and reliable delivery.

When you submit the growth-review brief, Lerrow receives and stores the field contents you entered together with the date and time, so a request is not lost. Lerrow does not request or store passwords, account access, customer records, payment data, or health information through this website. If delivery fails, the page offers a prepared email or a phone number instead.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may process the page visited, referring source, browser and device details, general geography, timestamp, consent state, and interaction events such as page views, scrolls, outbound clicks, and the growth-review actions review_submitted, review_send_failed, and brief_copy. Lerrow does not send Google the contents of a review brief or email, a visitor name, or an email address.

Analytics and your choice

Analytics storage is denied by default, and the Google Analytics script is not downloaded until you select Allow analytics. If you allow it, Google Analytics may set first-party analytics cookies so visits and interactions can be measured.

Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization, and Google Signals remain disabled regardless of your analytics choice. The site saves your choice in local browser storage. Use the Analytics settings control on any page to change it. Selecting Essential only withdraws analytics-storage consent, removes Lerrow's first-party Google Analytics cookies from the current domain, and prevents the analytics script from loading on later pages unless you allow it again.

How information is used

• To respond to your message and evaluate whether Lerrow can help.
• When analytics is allowed, to understand traffic sources, page use, and whether visitors open the Lerrow email route.
• To prepare, deliver, and administer work you request.
• To protect the website, email account, and business records from misuse.
• To meet legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations when they apply.

Lerrow does not sell personal information and does not add website visitors or direct inquiries to an automated marketing list.

Service providers and retention

Hosting, DNS, Google Analytics, and email providers may process limited information to run their services. Google Analytics may retain event and aggregate data under the property's current settings and Google's service terms. Lerrow keeps inquiry and business records only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose they were received, security, recordkeeping, or a legal obligation.

Your request

You may ask what information Lerrow has about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion. Some records may need to be retained when required for security, contracts, tax, accounting, or law. Send the request from the relevant email address to james@withlerrow.com.
