01 · Why Lerrow exists
Marketing should make the business easier to understand and operate.
Home-service growth can become fragmented across agencies, websites, ad accounts, local listings, inboxes, phone systems, CRMs, spreadsheets, and the owner’s memory. Each part may create activity while the handoffs between them continue to lose qualified work.
Lerrow exists to make that path visible, find the limiting point, and address it without prescribing a larger bundle than the business needs.
02 · Direct involvement
The person named on the site is the person accountable to the decision.
James reviews the business context, leads diagnosis, shapes the written scope, and remains the direct client contact for the commercial decisions around the work.
If a specialist, software provider, or other collaborator is useful, that role is not hidden behind a vague team claim. The proposed responsibility, access, cost, and handoff are named in writing before work begins.
03 · Find. Fix. Prove.
One method keeps the work grounded.
Find
Produce a constraint map and baseline that identify where qualified work is being lost and which point deserves attention first.
Fix
Produce a written implementation specification, the smallest useful working system, and the handoff documentation it requires.
Prove
Produce a source-to-sale scorecard and recommendation that show what changed, preserve limitations, and support the next decision.
“Prove” does not mean guaranteeing a favorable result. It means making the change and the decision condition observable enough to learn from.
04 · Operating principles
The boundaries are part of the service.
- Diagnose before prescribing. The business problem comes before a channel, software choice, deliverable list, duration, or fee.
- Client-controlled infrastructure. Domains, websites, ad accounts, analytics, lead records, automation history, and billing stay under client control where the relevant platform permits.
- Written scope. Problem, deliverables, timing, responsibilities, access, fees, third-party costs, measurement, and the decision condition are explicit.
- Truth over theater. Concepts remain labeled. Limitations remain visible. Results become public proof only with evidence and permission.
- No hidden guarantee. Rankings, lead volume, jobs, revenue, margin, and return depend on conditions no honest provider controls alone.
05 · Client control
Useful systems should remain useful after a handoff.
Client control includes administrative access to client accounts, business data, campaign history, creative and code produced under the agreed terms, automation documentation, and practical exports or handoff material where the platform allows them.
Third-party software, licenses, stock assets, APIs, hosting, and vendor-controlled formats remain subject to their own terms. Lerrow does not claim the client owns a vendor’s platform; the scope identifies those limits before the client is asked to depend on it.
06 · Working fit
Available across U.S. home-service markets.
Trade and home state do not determine fit. A clear commercial priority, capacity to act, access to the necessary accounts and evidence, and one person accountable for the outcome do.
The first step is a growth review. James will reply with clarifying questions, a recommended next step, or a direct no-fit. Paid work begins only under a separate written scope accepted by the relevant parties.
